Firehouse Testimonials
Bart,
I just had to drop you a line after our open house. The 2
cases were
grilled, cut into bite size pieces, and put out in warming
trays.
They didn't last long. Everyone that had a bite raved about
how good
they were. We could of used 2 more cases and still run out.
They
were the hit of the food spread, poor chicken didn't stand
a chance.
Thanks for getting us what you could and hope to use them
again soon
for meal after our meeting or drill.

The general
consensus was that they were seasoned to perfection, not bland,
not over-powering, but just right! The CBB will redefine the
summer bar-b-q as the meat of choice. The pork based brat
with the eastern shore/crab seasoning wakes up your taste
buds and takes it to a new level. It is a great combination
for brat lovers who also enjoy seafood - very juicy. We finished
ours off with peppers and onions and had corn on the cob.
I could really see this taking off when you market it to the
people in this area as well as those that like MD blue crabs.
CBB and corn on the cob, the new summer treat/cookout/tradition.
Thanks again for the CBB, they truly hit the spot for dinner
tonite!

Lieutenant Ben Breeze and the crew on "A" shift
My full time job is a Lieutenant for the Anne
Arundel County Fire Department. My fire department schedule
provides the free time to participate as a Flyway Manager
of the Avery Pro-Staff (averyoutdoors.com) and a member of
the Zink Call Pro-Staff (zinkcalls.com). Over last 4 years
while working as part of the Avery and Zink Pro-Staffs, it
has afforded me the opportunity to travel throughout the United
States and Canada. One thing I look forward to when visiting
a new region is finding the local restaurants and sampling
the flavors of the region, no matter if it is Texas ribeyes,
Mississippi grits, or Memphis bar-b-que. This is a great way
to sample local flavors and experience their heritage and
history. The first time I tasted Chesapeake Bratwurst, I thought
this was the perfect product that captures the flavors of
the Chesapeake Bay Region.
